Straight JackSM Progressive is an exciting blackjack side bet that wins if a player's first two cards make a straight, but it doesn’t end there!
HOW TO PLAY
When players hit their hands, the longer the Straight they have. the more they win! To begin, players make the optional Straight Jack Progressive bet by placing a wager in the marked area in addition to their regular blackjack wager.
Players win if their first two cards are of consecutive rank (i.e. a Straight). The order of the cards does not matter — a 3 followed by a 4, or a 4 followed by a 3, are both winners. Every time a player hits his or her hand, if it makes the straight longer, the payout increases.
If players get a perfect 21 with ace through six, they win the progressive jackpot. If their hand has an ace of spades, they win 100 percent of the progressive + 200 to 1. If the ace is not a spade, the player wins 10 percent of the progressive Jackpot + 200 to 1.
If a player busts while extending his or her Straight (e.g. hitting 5-4-6 and getting a 7), the bust card does not count toward the payouts. In that example, the player would have a three-card Straight. If a player's first two cards do not make a Straight, his or her Straight Jack bet loses.
